Hi friends, wishing you a very fulfilled new year.

For 2017, I decided to start blogging again

I used to blog at similolamobee.blog.com but then, my host site shut down, been hoping they would come up again but nothing happened even after six months, I couldn’t wait any longer. So now, I'm here. 2016 was a great year, I am thankful for how God had been faithful to myself and my family. I believe this year we all will have greater things to testify of the Lord’s goodness in our lives.

Let me introduce myself:

I’m Simi by name (short form for Similola which means resting on wealth – God’s wealth that is), the last child of my parents, a proud November baby, in my third  year studying Mechanical Engineering at Lagos State University. I’m 75% left handed and 25% right handed (did an online test one time and that was what my result came out as. I only use my right hand to write, and move the mouse anyway). I enjoy listening and singing gospel songs cause they edify me, I love to dance, I’m a savvy reader – apologetics, autobiographies, motivationals are my all-time best. I hope to do a lot of traveling as time goes on, I’m a sucker for godly, healthy and happy homes and relationships, I am passionate about children and I feel God has a purpose for me in the line of Children/family ministry. I haven’t been doing much already but I am a teacher in the children department at church back home and I started a Children club which focuses on improving the lives of children by most importantly impacting the Word of God into them. I also organize a free entry Christmas funfair for the kids in my neighbourhood where they participate in various exciting games, win prizes – you get to see lots of giggles, it’s been on for 4 years already and YES! This blog is also an avenue for me to reach out to you mummies, daddies, big/ lil sis and bros with the message of the Bible towards enjoying your family-life the God way and much more. Every articles will be these categories:Children, Parents, Family, Events, Playlist, Bible Humour, Youth, and Christian Nuggets all which are based solely on the word of God to encourage, inspire, challenge you towards living a life full of God. I know for sure that you will be blessed here cause it’s been my testimony since I met with Christ Jesus and although I haven’t apprehended perfection yet but I have left my brokenness and I see much more glory coming my way as I faithfully abide in Him.
